Visiting and accompanying rules in detail
The Heidelberg Kidney Center must be very careful due to its particularly vulnerable patients (recent transplant patients, dialysis patients).
In order to provide our patients with the best possible protection, the following visiting rules apply:
- To protect our transplant patients and dialysis patients, we would like to urge you to continue wearing an FFP2 mask throughout your stay, including in the patient rooms.
- Visitors with suspected COVID-19 symptoms (cough, cold, shortness of breath, fever, diarrhea) and people who are in isolation due to a COVID-19 illness or in quarantine due to close contact with a SARS-CoV-2-positive person are generally not admitted.
- Visiting hours are daily from 1 pm to 5 pm
- Admission as a visitor or accompanying person is only permitted for persons aged 8 and over. Accompanying persons are only permitted in exceptional cases.
