Structured quality reports

Quality management (QM) is one of the core tasks of management and both the basis and prerequisite for high-performance patient care.

QM affects all internal organizational services and processes in our clinic.

Quality management is first and foremost quality assurance and therefore does not always lead to an increase in quality, but ensures that quality standards are maintained.

However, quality reports are also a competitive instrument and support the goal of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our work. Since 2005, we have been legally obliged to publish regular quality reports.

Our quality report provides information about our facilities and creates transparency for patients, insured persons and referring doctors. In addition, our reports are an orientation aid for cooperation partners such as health insurance companies or colleagues entrusted with the aftercare of hospital treatment.
